Another blend of Procanico, Malvasia Toscana, Verdello and Drupeggio from forty-five year old vines, but spent only three days on the skins before aging for eight months in chestnut barrels. In the glass it has a straw yellow color and captivates with delicate notes of minerals and smoke, while on the palate it is taut and salty. A wine of impeccable balance.
