45 year old Silvaner vines from the most beautiful sites in Iphofen. Part of the grapes was destemmed and the other part left in whole bunches. They unfold over 9 months on the skins in the QUEVRI. Then the grapes were pressed with the old basket press. Silvaner from Keuper soil shows great on the skins - full of herbs and power.
