This Silvaner shows how great the autochthonous Franconian grape variety grape variety is. 40-year-old Silvaner vines, deeply rooted in the sandstone. A perfect example of the flavor spectrum of the Keuper soils, crisp and spicy with countless herbs. The grapes were pressed with the old basket press and fermented in old oak barrels. Bottled after 9 months on the lees.
