It was this cuvée with which Jean François Ginglinger made his first attempt to vinify a wine without sulfur in 2003. The 2019 is impressively deep, a still young wine that will only develop its full effect in a few years, but already allows its potential to be enjoyed. The subtle aromas of dewy moss, crisp wild berries and elfin tannins on the palate make it hard to put the glass down once you're immersed. /p>
