The first Pineau d'Aunis from François. It comes from the same parcel as his Cabernet Franc Le Bois Guyon. Short whole cluster fermentation of about ten days before slow pressing and aging in wood for 24 months. A delicacy with soft, silky tannins, slightly peppery along with varied flavors. Still needs some time in the bottle to find its balance.
