A little Chenin (15%) in this Cabernet Franc makes all the difference, adding fluidity, finesse and smoothness to this complicated grape variety that is not actually native to the slate cliffs of Anjou. The two grape varieties are vinified together, with a short and light maceration of 9 days. Autumnal drinking pleasure.
