Cuvée from a small 0.25 hectare parcel that Thomas planted in 2014 with young vines on the hill crest in Monbenault, well known among Chenin fans. The wine was aged in stainless steel for 8 months before being transferred to aged 500-liter barrels for an additional 4 months.
Limited to 1 bottle per customer.
