90% Picpoul, 10% Grenache Gris on clay-limestone soils. DIrectly pressed Picpoul without sedimentation in which the whole grapes of Grenache Gris are immersed for 15 days.
11,5% alcohol. Tight and animating. Iodine from the maritime terroir, close to the ocean. Citrus and white fruit, vineyard peach, cantaloupe melon. Long finish on the fruit, lemony, salty and fine. Cries out for oysters.
