This distinctly Auvergne-tasting wine is made from old Gamay (the Beaujolais variety) from a parcel near Chateaugay close to Vichy, has been left on the skins for 10 days, half destemmed, half whole clusters. A fine and complex wine that drinks easily and in which the fruit and spice of Gamay blend perfectly.
