From very old Cabernet Franc vines planted on dense, hard limestone. Short maceration of about ten days in whole clusters before slow pressing and aging in wood for 24 months. Particularly silky, dense and elegant with beautiful tannins and a very long finish. It is already easy to drink now, but will continue to develop with age.
