La Fine Bulle finely expresses the creativity of the Goepp brothers. This wine is a natural sparkling wine, a blend of three grape varieties: Klevener de Heiligenstein (Savagnin Rose) 10%, Muscat d'Alsace 50%, Auxerrois 40%. The grapes come mostly from the clay soils of Barr and the clay-limestone soils of Heiligenstein. The interplay of grape varieties and terroir results in a very balanced Pet'Nat'.
