La Clastre 2019 Magnum
Young Syrah (20 years), old calcareous soils of the garrigues with dominant clay content and some Tempranillo. Short semi-carbonic maceration. Aged 6 months in barrique, 6 months in clay amphora and 6 months in bottle. Light on its feet, floral, crisp red fruit, finely meshed and silky, going deep, typical of the work of the two brothers. Only available in magnum.
