100% Pineau d'Aunis, one of the oldest autochthonous grape varieties of the Loire. The vines are between 50 and 115 years old, growing on flint, clay and limestone. Matured for 15 months. Renaud knows how to bring the beauty of Pineau d'Aunis into the glass. Ruby red. Menthol notes that refresh the nose. Cherry brandy. Dark red cherries, white pepper, damp moss in a mineral universe. Exquisitely delicate on the palate. A filigree structure between neat acidity and fine tannin. Still very young, but already harmonious.
