Hip-Hop is a wild dry hopped cider. The dry cider, made from garden apples, was aged in a tank for a few months before Mosaic, Simcoe and Mandarina Bavaria hops were added. The following week the cider was bottled, turned upside down so the yeast could move into the neck of the bottle, once there the bottles were disgorged - the capsules (bidules) are opened and the pressure in the bottles shoots the yeast out of the neck. Thirst quenching in an elegant way, floral, subtle and casual, with endless dynamic bubbles on which elderflower and lemon perform. Super hoppy and zippy!
