Fantôme 2021
Each year, the two brothers release an experimental cuvée with their Syrah. Fantôme replaces the Voyou of the previous vintage, this time vinified like a primeur, with the free-run must of the cuvée La Clastre made afterwards in direct pressing. Aromas of ripe cantaloupe melon and white flowers, flattering and floating on the palate.
