Yes, there is residual sugar, yes, there are volatile acids, yes, a mouse may show up in 45 minutes (but the bottle will be empty by then, so no problem), yes, this wine is probably the closest thing to a devil's brew from a conventional winemaking perspective, but how good is this wine, how surprising and how additive!
