A vinous sparkling wine with oxidative note from aging. Open and wait at least 15 minutes. Aromatic universe on the nose. On the palate, it is in the surf, with a lot of frothy energy that goes hand in hand with a soft and generous texture that washes over the palate. Ripe grapes in long ripening, this melts on the tongue like green olive oil washed down with hibiscus lemonade, past poached pears and ending on salty candied ginger. Chenin and terroir mischievously play around each other. Brilliant!!!
