In the nose almond and grapefruit and still clearly the aromas of fermentation, a light fizz on the palate, freshly squeezed pomegranate juice, acidity reminiscent of Granny Smith, yet a soft body. Spicy and tangy finish. Unfortunately, the bottle was empty far too quickly!
