Chardonnay with maceration, completely destemmed, vinified and aged for 9 months in stoneware. Full-bodied, aromatic, incisive tannin, but not lush or exuberant. An impressive orange wine. Because sandstone is less porous than terracotta (amphora), it is particularly suitable for aging delicate wines with delicate aromas.
