If anyone were to judge by the label of the bottles, the wines of Antony Tortul, trained oenologist, might not be taken seriously. Powerful mistake! There is a special talent behind the design and in the bottle. Antony's grapes, which he vinifies with extreme attention to detail, come from the wildest and most remote vineyards, between Limoux and Châteauneuf-du-Pape, always untouched by agrochemical components. Each and every one of his wines benefits from a particular idea of vinification, which is carefully implemented. Then the transformed grape juice is given time to acclimatise. These are wines with an eccentric character. Each one of them is a show without slipping into the theatrical. Antony's creativity leads to a spectrum of very small editions, often in no larger edition than 1500 bottles, highly soughtafter. That's why we're happy to bring a bit of the La Sorga experience to Berlin.
