Domaine Vallée Moray

Some winemakers have the gift of going unnoticed. We first had to drive to a nondescript wine salon in Touraine to become aware of Hervé Grenier's wines, even though he had begun taking over the vineyards of Domaine Les Loges de la Folie near Montlouis-sur-Loire in 2014. However, his wines did not go unnoticed at all during the fair! All the professionals who tasted them were more than enthusiastic and looking forward to working with them. Both the red and white wines were able to age for a long time in barrels and continue in the bottles in the care of the winery to gain clarity and finesse and can now be drunk with a clear conscience.
