    Sébastien grew up with wine. From the age of seven, he accompanied his grandfather to the vineyards to assist him with various tasks. As a young adult, he worked for an oenological laboratory and, a little later, for a producer in Champagne. In 2002, he started his own winery with 1.8 hectares of vineyard and his grandparents' cellar. As an eighth-generation winemaker, Sébastien has to be persistent to impose his views, but thanks to his tireless work ethic, he eventually succeeds in gaining the respect of his alumni. For a long time he was content with his nearly 2 hectares of wine, until just before his fortieth birthday he feels the need to diversify and develop. Meeting Emeline gives him the impetus to tackle the great transformation he dreams of. Before Emeline started making wine, she was a professional dancer. As a result of a serious injury, she had to reorient herself and decided to enter the world of wine. She followed a sommelier training course at the prestigious Université du Vin de Suze-La-Rousse and graduated at the top of her class. Her Sommelier and Consulting diploma in her pocket, she returns to Paris to work as a wine merchant. There she discovers natural wine for herself and makes acquaintance with both those who make the wine and those who drink it. After two years of wine consulting, she decides to embark on a year-long Tour de France viticole, on the trail of the wines and winemakers she holds dear. Here she meets Sébastien and again changes her profession to become a winemaker side by side. Today she is responsible for vinification while Sébastien looks after the vineyards.
