Like Pierre, he respects the vineyards, harvests by hand and vinifies with a minimum of intervention. Long maceration, long aging in large wooden barrels (up to 3 years for the whites), characterize these delicate wines that vibrate on the palate and plunge into exceptional freshness.
His son Tony, 38 years old, also takes off and creates his domaine in 2013 in all discretion. In 2017, he took over the winery from his father and merged it with his own to the current 11.5 hectares. Spending a moment with the ever-cheerful Bornards is as much a pleasure as sharing their wines with friends.
