To celebrate the new arrivals from @adagiovini , this Saturday we invite you to a casual food pairing with Belem Riveros, where you can discover and enjoy the wines from the Veneto with equally delicate and precise snacks from Belem.
Belem Riveros is a chef and sommelier from Chile with a great passion for natural wines. She grew up in her grandmother's kitchen, surrounded by lovingly prepared food, and since then has always been curious to discover new textures, flavours and nuances. From a young age, she developed her taste for Asian food culture and art. Since 2017, she has been living in Germany and travelling to different European countries to broaden her horizons and register new flavours and tastes attentively. Inquisitive, she works in Asian restaurants to develop techniques and recipes. She creates her dishes with the motivation to let the senses travel while giving the feeling of being at home.
